So far, our experience has exceeded my expectations. From setting up an app. for an estimate, to the measuring of the windows to be replaced, it all has been flawless. The follow up and follow through by Cassandra, Stephen, and Jacob has been 5 star! All 3 of them were friendly, thorough, professional and knowledgeable about the product.
I was impressed by Stephen's presentation and with the time he spent with us....there was no pressure and he made sure to answer all of our questions.
Cassandra called after our app. and offered her assistance to us and told us she was there to help us throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received with.
Jacob called me the day of our second app. to confirm the time he would be at my house to measure. He was there on time and was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and went over everything at closure to make sure there were no errors or changes to be made. I couldn't have asked for better....all three made me feel like we made the right choice when going with Renewal by Andersen.
