“When we had a storm on 12/31/2022 our fence got blown down. since this a good neighbor fence the landlord of the other property contacted this company. They are small business owner. They did an excellent job and they cleaned at the end of the day. I did not get another quote because we split the cost with the owner of the other property but the price was fair.“

“Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.“

“We hired 3 Generations to install Hardie siding for our home, replacing the existing shake shingles that had been on the home since it was built in 1948. Kurt, Jeremy, and Vlad made the entire process easy from start to finish. Old houses often present unexpected challenges and ours was no exception. The 3 Gen crew skillfully addressed each one, paying particular attention to window casings, soffits, facia, light fixtures, and attic vents. This attention to detail, combined with the high quality of the Hardie materials resulted in a phenomenal upgrade to the entire presentation of the house. “We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! “Highly recommend NRG Pros! Had a tile roof leak from inside the garage. They sent Sam out the next day. NRG was the 2nd estimate received. The 1st estimate company from another roof contractor was way too high, and they ended up estimating the cost to repair would have been 3 times what NRG quoted. I won't mention the name of the other company, but I will say, do your due diligence when looking for a roof repair contractor on Yelp. The 1st company gave me an estimate without lifting a tile. Sam, from NRG Pros lifted tiles and showed me pictures, and pointed out the problem. I also received a fair and honest estimate which saved $thousand's, from what the other company wanted. Go with NRG for roof repairs, and if you don't, make sure you get your money's worth. I am a landlord and own a few properties. I am keeping NRG contact information for all my future roofing needs.“

“Had front door replaced. Mike was efficient in helping me gather specifics needed to order new door. Installed door looks and functions great. There was a specific piece that needed to be installed for electronic lock we didn't notice until after they finished job. “My wife and I were very happy with the siding/painting work done by All Sides Home Improvement. They replaced several areas of T1-11 siding as well as painted the exterior of the house. “We just got our new roof installed and I love it. It's not only that the roof itself is more energy efficient but they added low profile vents and created good airflow and things our old house just didn't have. I also appreciate that they did the work very fast and had good communication with us from beginning to end. It was a lot of money, but we got more than one quote and since theirs was just about the same as the others, but I felt like it was a better value and company, we went with them and I'm glad we did. Note that the roofing colors look different in the samples vs in the sunlight so be sure to look at online pictures of completed houses. We went with a darker color that actually looks pretty light in the sun. I'm glad they explained that to us.“
