The teaching, the atmosphere, and the people all come together in a really genuine way—it’s the kind of place students keep coming back to!

“I tried the Candlelight Yoga Nidra class with a friend. It means Yoga sleep, we didn't know that. There is no movement. You just lay still on your back for an hr. and focus on body parts. There were no candles as the picture showed(...?) The Instructor was rambling on for 10 min. at the beginning of the hour, which made it hard to relax, and the guided meditation was mostly slow and boring. Yet, the sound bowl at the end was a nice touch. The place was clean and we might try another class that looks fun with actual movement.”
