He communicated with the city repeatedly to keep the permit application and building inspections on track, which took a big weight off our shoulders. We really like the quality of the work performed by his crew. The team—Rudy, Josue, Efren, and the many others—were respectful, hard-working, and always accommodating to our (and our one-year-old's) needs. They kept the construction site and surround tidy throughout, which was a huge relief.
