I'm glad they removed appointments from urgent care. I was able to get my son seen after work hours. The place was clean, plenty of space for seating, and the A/C works wonders. The wait was not long and staff worked hard to accommodate him. The doctor took her time with us and explained things well. She answered all our questions and left thorough notes for my to follow.
Wait time was quick, front desk staff very professional. Dr. Cannon was fantastic. He listened intently, explained things thoroughly, exceptional experience all around. Hopefully I won't have to go again but I won't hesitate to go if needed.
Urgent care when you need it! I've depended on Sutter doc's and team for annual health checks for several decades. However, my recent experience with urgent care deserves a shout out. We'd been travelling, dive vacation in Caribbean, and I'd brought some breathing bugs back with me. They got me in timely, did the required x-rays, and updated me on the cause of the illness. This was all done and I was walking out in 2.5 hours, now on the recovery trajectory. Thanks Team!
