The Joint Chiropractic Chiropractors

“This place is always busy or at least has a 10+ minute wait which isn't bad for not giving an appointment. I definitely wouldn't try squeezing it in when you're in a tight time frame as you'll more thank likely be waiting. Care here has always been quality, I always leave feeling better. chiropractors here are friendly and personable, way more than I expected for how many people are waiting . Front office Staff here are also friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend coming here if you need somewhere you can go without having to make appointments“

Elevation Health Chiropractic Chiropractors

“I have had years of back pain with herniated discs, etc. I have had physical therapy, injections, on pain meds for over 9 years. I had enough of doing the same thing over and over and not getting any relief. I just started with Elevation Health and I’m so impressed with their commitment to helping patients. Although I just started with them this week, I already have some relief of the excruciating pain I have been in. I look forward to more relief and being able to live life again. Thank you Dr. Lacey and wonderful staff.“

Backs In Motion ChiroSpa Chiropractors

“I moved to Elk Grove about 2 years ago. Up until now, I had seen a total of 4 different Chiropractors in my life. The first one I ever saw would pop you once in the neck and then have you lay down with a heating pad afterward. I went to him as a child and it scared me into future apprehension of chiropractors. (I was 13 years old). The second chiropractor I ever saw would twist my head to crack my neck (as I know is common in some practices) but to be real, that shit scared the crap out of me too. I thought my head would surely fall off if his hands weren't big enough to catch them. (I was 15 years old). The third chiropractor I saw was during a time that I had 9-month run-in with a severe condition of Papilledema that led to emergency brain surgery. During my first visit with this chiropractor he asked me to follow his pointer finger with my eyes as he brought his finger to my nose. Instead of my eyes crossing (as a normal set of eyes would during that exercise) one of my eyes jumped to the far side of my face. The chiropractor saw this, of course, looked concerned, didn't say much but lightly suggested I see "a doctor" not explaining much else. He did however, (KNOWING that something was seriously wrong with me) offer me an on-going treatment for arthritis of the neck that would cost me 4k (how so very nice of him ). And my butt even contemplated doing it, I was so desperate for relief! (Papilledema is swelling of the optic nerve caused by increased pressure in the brain). I proceeded to go 3 more months with my condition, due to lack of medical insurance, and endured the worst experiences of my life. I tried ONE more chiropractor after that and felt like a McDonalds cheeseburger off the $1 menu (do they even still have that?) as I was passed around, considered "done" and thrown back out the door. No one listened to me when I told them SOMETHING IS WRONG, PLEASE HELP ME. The images on the poster in the treatment room jumped out at me and I voiced this to the providers, but again-nothing. (I get that Chiropractors aren't the same as the doctors I now see at Kaiser but DAMN, you are human- correct?). My world was warped for 9 months (in total) seeing double, colors fading, lack of ability to see sharp objects, I felt high all the time, words would jump out of the computer screen at me as I was training new employees at work. I thought I guess I should see if I needed glasses? I would get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, flip the light switch on and hear the fan (indicating the switch for the light and the fan was on) but never able to see any light. Cars that were in front of me on the freeway would appear in the next lane in front of another car. I'd have to put one hand over one eye to see straight. (As if the vision of one eye was crossing into the vision of the other). Oh, and the characters on Grey's Anatomy, their noses were on their foreheads. Yes, it was like shrooms for free but ALL the time. From that point on, I didn't even know where to start. Fast forward 9 months later, after an emergency brain surgery (and a dope buzz hair cut ) I was finally better. (Age 32). Then fast forward 3 more years, I moved to Elk Grove. I'm driving past the Backs in Motion, "ChiroSpa." The Spa part caught my attention. I called immediately. Doc Williams answers the phone, he passes me to Dr. Alexa briefly and then the receptionist. I make an appointment. I come in. I'm asssigned to Dr. Alexa. I'm newly pregnant, in pain, with headaches (chronic for me now, due to all the surgeries) yet hopeful but also desperate once again. I literally left in love. I saw that the yelp reviews of Backs in Motion did not yet have a review highlighting Dr. Alexa so I am taking the time to spill my guts, share how much I really mean it when I say I found a savior and give her the complete kudos she deserves. I've began seeing her twice a week now and she goes above and beyond. I am looking forward to so much relief, light and peace. She truly is a great“

Hightower Chiropractic & Integrated Health of Sacramento, Inc Chiropractors

“Me and my son LOVE to go to Dr. Hightowers's office for adjustments. She's gentle and knows exactly what's needed to be done for us to relieve the discomfort of joints or pulled muscles. Valerie is very responsive when calling the office or texting for appointments. Lots of parking spots around the building. I highly recommend Dr. Hightower and I've been to many Chiropractors even internationally.“

“I agree with the sentiment of most these reviews here... When I came in initially for treatment I wasn't in the best condition physically... We came up with a plan and it's been extremely beneficial in all aspects. Just do what he suggests he knows what he is doing...“

Potter Tony J DC Chiropractors

“I was referred here after being rear ended and experiencing some pain to my upper body as a result. They were able to get me a next day appointment. The clinic is located in a small strip mall just off Elk Grove Blvd. I arrived to a busy waiting room. They are popular! And based on the conversations it sounded like a lot of regulars. It took a while to fill out my paperwork, but eventually I was put on a muscle stimulation machine and then waited in Dr. Potter's office. He examined me thoroughly, adjusted me quickly (telling me he was starting light since it was my first day but would go into a treatment plan on my next visit), and after I scheduled my next two appointments, I was sent home with some reading to do. So far so good for a first visit. Dr. Potter is friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have nice perks like the muscle stimulation machines, massaging chairs, and even a masseuse on site.“

“I can't recommend Dr. Wright highly enough. After years of neck pain and chronic headaches, I finally found the relief I'd been searching for.

What impressed me most was his thorough approach. He conducted a comprehensive examination, asked detailed questions about my work habits and lifestyle, and walked me through my X-rays to help me understand what was happening with my neck and spine. Dr. Wright genuinely listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed.

The treatment plan he developed was realistic and included not just adjustments, but also exercises I could do at home and ergonomic suggestions for my workspace. My appointments also include time for me to decompress in a zero-gravity chair with soothing music and essential oils - it's like a mini spa moment that lets the adjustment really do its work. This holistic approach has made all the difference.

Within three weeks, my pain had significantly decreased, and after two months of regular visits, I felt like myself again. I am literally headache-free.

If you're struggling with chronic pain, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wright's practice!“
