“Sat in the waiting room for an extra 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one even came out to say anything. I was honestly about to just leave when they finally called me back. But Dr. Chen is so good that I forgave it immediatley once he actually got to work on my neck. He really listens and doesnt just crack you and send you on your way like some places I have been to.
