I have had a sore shoulder from lifting too heavy at the gym, and after more than 1 week of being uncomfortable I went in and had a massage and an adjustment. WOW- massage was awesome and so was my adjustment!! My pain decreased significantly the same day. I highly recommend Dr. James and don't forget the massage!!!

I’ve seen Dr. James on and off through a couple ailments (back and hip). He’s been great at diagnosing the issue and treating it. I’ve felt like he gives me the tips to treat these issues as well, instead of just trying to get me to come back a bunch. The deep tissue massages have helped work out some knots in the muscles as well.

I work out a lot and was having mild upper back and lower back pain.. I did not know what "healthy" felt like. For the first time in life I had adjustments done (coupled with minimal massaging).... I was out in 30 minutes feeling more relief than I would normally get from 2 hour massages. I felt like light weight clouds and ZERO tension after the session. Can you imagine another session and so forth? I'm already scheduled for another session next week. I feel like he doesn't have more reviews here because nobody wants to share this secret spot, appt availability would then be limited. Why am I posting this then?...
