I am fairly empathic, and Manifest all my stress as knots in my body. all day. everyday. in two sessions, Annie helped me release a know that has been living there since I was maybe 12. she gave me my body back. I signed up for myofascial release massage. I told where EVERYTHING hurt, and how it hurt. she recommended some stretches woven in to the massage and I said thats fine but I don't want to do anything. that was good with her. what ensued was a life changingly awesome massage, totally professional. I extended from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours about an hour in. Everything is super clean. I was totally warm enough the whole time. And it's the middle of winter. I don't know. Everything was just totally mine blowing. nuff said?“

I would not classify the massage as deep tissue as requested, it was more of a Swedish massage. Enjoyable nonetheless! She listened to my concerns and reviewed my history thoroughly. She offered a very comprehensive plan that sounds just like what I’ve been searching for. She was very honest about “pain” (barely any) and expectations for seeing results. I had 1 of 3 visits done and I’m looking forward to the next two. I’m so glad I found this gem of a med spa.“

“I started seeing Lana in November 2025. At 23 I was still experiencing many stubborn breakouts, I felt like I had tried everything and was pretty much at my wits end with my face. After being referred me to Lana I was pleased to learn she was located in Pinole and had been in business for 20+ years. (I was referred by a 20+ year client) After my first facial my face had NEVER felt so clean and clear in my life, not to mention I felt completely relaxed and very bougie. Lana gave great advice/ after care instructions on what products to use and not use, when to use them, and even what not to eat. Needless to say Lana is a very kind welcoming person. I have now had 3-4 facials with her and my breakouts are far and few between and not nearly as severe as they used to be. Harmony Spa is such a relaxing environment and Frank at the front desk is very kind and hospitable. As someone who never thought spending money on something like this would be beneficial I was so wrong. “5+ stars!!! What a great experience!! And the people who work here are so nice. We first went to the hot tub. It is outside and wonderful. Then we headed to the sauna. If you have never been to a Finnish sauna, you must try this place out! It is not like a sauna at a gym or hot springs. It’s the real deal. And can essentially get as hot as you can handle. Soooo good! I felt toxins releasing from deep within.

The facility is super clean. And it feels really nice.

“I used to see Alexandra regularly when I lived in the East Bay, and even though I’m now based in San Francisco, I still make the trip across the Bay Bridge traffic to see her. Her studio is a calming, peaceful sanctuary, and Alexandra herself is one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve ever met.

One session years ago that really stayed with me was when she gifted me crystals after learning my uncle had passed away — such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that shows how deeply she cares about her clients as people.

She gives truly incredible facials, and the massages that come with them are rejuvenating for the whole body and spirit. I’ve never had another esthetician pay such close attention to detail or be so in tune with what my skin actually needs. Her technique and level of care really set her apart. My husband even had his first-ever facial with her, and it was so satisfying to see everything she was able to extract!

Also, bonus: she has the sweetest little rescue pup who sometimes makes an appearance and adds to the already good vibes.

“Maria is amazing and so sweet and funny! Loved how informative she was! I can get a bit claustrophobic with the light mask as well as get a little anxious each time I try something new and she was very understanding and comforting. My skin is glowing after getting the cold sculpting ! I even bought an amazing package deal that I could use every two weeks up to my wedding this August. I am 33 and have developed 11 lines on my forward and my neck is unfortunately starting to be crepey. I don't do Botox, yet haha, but I can tell this really plumped up and firmed my skin and can't wait to get to my other appointments! Just read some of the recent reviews and want to say that the staff did consistently (2-3 times?) bring up the special and also informed me about the payment plan (up to 12 month plan is free of interest!!). I think this can come across as pushy if someone has an inner voice telling them they're obligated but I saw it moreso as the team being informative and making sure I understood the deal. This is a place for self care and obviously the more you do these treatments the better the results. I will say I only had today to make a decision of the package of 5 treatments which naturally puts you on the spot and this might not be for everyone. I think it's a good deal and I have an important date coming up so it made sense for me and I am glad they mentioned it twice. If the shoe doesn't fit for you just pass on it. This place does really reasonable promotions otherwise I wouldn't necessarily be able to afford coming here. Also! A facial and these treatments can only do so much if you're not doing other preventative work. These people are nice but also have a job to do and they means making sure you understand their promotion! I am grateful for the promotions!!!

Also normally you would see my 11’s but this time of day AND I haven’t slept with my “frownies” tape for two nights in a row so idk this is looking good to me!“
