“My goodness, I'm almost speechless. I told Faith exactly what I needed and she delivered. I have been suffering with my Pudendal nerve which shoots right down your bottom. I needed somebody that would hear me and listen to exactly what I needed it was very personal because I had to have my glutes and the skin on my buttocks rubbed down and she did it and she made me feel very comfortable. I love the calming atmosphere and each step of the facial! I always leave with glowing skin and never have any redness or irritation after a facial. “I went there to enjoy a relaxation day. I got an hour and a half of mixed massage. My husband got an hour of mixed massage and enjoyed his massage too. Unfortunately, when I left I gave my masseuse a $10 tip for her services and my husband stepped out to smoke a cigarette and the cashier confronted me and said "$10 dollars for 2 people?" I told her no, this is for me. Then she asked, "What about him?" I told her ask him. I'm providing a top for the services I received. Then I told my hu6and he went to tip his masseuse as well. I really HATE when people ask for TIPS. TIPS are a bonus not a requirement. That needs to STOP. Other than that, I would return and refer others to them with a warning of the TIP situation.“

“First of all I walked in and the Salon was beautiful and clean. The ambiance is cozy and elegant. This was not your basic nail shop. I've been in many nail salons in the local area. Unfortunately some do a good job but the ambiance is not the greatest, and you have to listen to rude customers complain and talk loud. Here at Vivians I was greeted friendly and immediately attended as a walk-in customer.I was sent over to Lee who did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked of her. She made them natural looking, not thick like press on plastic nails. Although she took her time and was very thorough she was still fast and efficient for a fill. I tipped her well as she deserved it. As I was leaving , the receptionist asked me for my name and phone number. Every cash transaction you make you can accumulate points. I will definitely be going back to this Salon and I have already recommended this salon to my daughter. I highly recommend this Salon check them out. My experience was awsome. ☆☆☆☆☆“
