Booked an appointment on late notice and the lovely staff of this establishment i.e Zardell and Frozan. These two ladies absolutely sorted me out seeing how important it was to me to get my treatment done they decided to stay back after their shift time to assist me. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re looking for a professional establishment where everyone is welcome look no further.
After several friends recommended the spa, I finally booked for first treatment at the Nubo spa. Nurse Practioner Lisa was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and conservative in her facial recommendations, which was perfect for me. I highly recommend this incredible East Bay gem. I Will definitely be back.
