Anthony was able to come a day earlier than scheduled, which greatly accommodated the timeframe. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and efficient. Miguel and Derick installed a new AC/Heater system very professionally and knowledgeably, and completed the job without a trace. They were kind and considerate and explained the install as it unfolded. Technician Chris completed a flush of a water heater and a tuneup on an AC unit. Chris was very professional, engaging, and did a great job. The service and professionalism of Robert and Christian, and frankly everyone involved, was over the top. The follow-up service has been over the top. Customers are so pleased and appreciate Friar’s superb service.
Another great experience with Friar's on a HOT day. Called yesterday. Anthony arrived this morning, looked at the water, climbed around and came up with options. New equipment being installed tomorrow. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Friars!!!!!!
