I recently had a pipe burst at my house and had a plumber out because I noticed a brown spot on my ceiling. Once his repair was done, I asked him whether or not I needed to rub bleach or something on the spot to prevent the spreading of mold and that's when he recommended Ultra Dry. He explained to me that the process would be handled through my home insurance, so I told him to give them a call. We had a water issue in our living room ceiling. I was recommended Ultra Dry by a friend of mine. Although the process isn't done, so far, I am very pleased with this business. Sean was professional and responsive. He helped me quickly get the ball rolling with the homeowner's insurance, lead and asbestos inspection, and water abatement. He sent Leticia to sample for asbestos and lead in the morning. We had negative results by 11 am. By noon, Waldo, Jorge, Edwin, and Joseph arrived for water remediation. The whole team was great. Just want to give Waldo, Joseph, and Edwin a big thank you for coming to my home and fixing a terrible leak in my bathroom. No one was available right away to fix the problem. And these gentlemen came and fixed it for me! They were clean and got the job done so fast. I would highly recommend them with any emergency or home problem.
