“SO glad we were referred to Ben and Longevity & Performance Institute! My teen daughter is a competitive swimmer and injured her shoulder last fall. She was in dire need of a good physical therapist to help her get back to health with the new swim season approaching. It was clear from the first intake appointment that Ben would be a great PT for her. He took his time asking questions and explaining everything, including the cause, the goal, and the plan to recovery. Throughout the multiple sessions, Ben was patient and helpful, and customized the therapy sessions to my daughter's needs and progress. Her pain and discomfort started subsiding after just a couple of sessions, and with Ben's encouragement, she felt more motivated and confident. She is back in swim full force now-shoulder pain gone, and even stronger than before. In addition, logistics-wise, LPI was very professional and helpful with appointments and insurance claims.
