This was my fourth time visiting and being a patient with PT 360 for rehabilitation. After three previous surgeries, there was no doubt in my mind which physical therapist I wanted to go to. Sean and Ryan are not only top notch and amazingly up-to-date in their profession with the most up-to-date technology, but their caring and compassion for their patients is unparalleled. And, it doesn't stop with Sean and Ryan, their entire staff is absolutely amazing and just superb. Not sure if this was the physical therapy place for me. It was very busy and got bounced around by different assistants. When asked what they thought could potentially be wrong with my shoulder I wasn't given much of an explanation. Just exercises and stretches to do. I wasn't even given a list of exercises/stretches that I could do at home. What bothered me the most was the lack of hygiene. I didn't see them clean equipment In between patients nor did I see them perform hand hygiene. Quit disappointing experience to be honest. I want to know why I'm doing these exercises/stretches and tell my what they think is wrong and ways to prevent any pain. And they didn't deliver.

PT360 staff are truly heartwarming, very professional, and so helpful. And all these were validated and compounded by the warm smiles and kind assistance of Adrienne, Jesse, Rhonda, and Cassidy. Most importantly, the therapy provided by my therapist, Ryan Jones, with professionalism and care. Truly, I will recommend PT360 to my relatives and friends.
