They are truly compassionate once they hear your uniquely human condition and the story that brought you in. They look you in the eye, they acknowledge your pain (physical, emotional and financial) with absolute human kindness. Then, after all of this, they are fully committed to working with you and within their system to give you the health-CARE you need. I could not pay fully for their services and knowing this about me, worked tirelessly with computers, staffers and providers to get me in to the the doctor (Nicole Vaccarello) and get me taken care of.
