Care, Compassion and Commitment defines this office, it's staff, nurses, doctors and security officers. They truly listen and care about you and what brings you to them. They are truly compassionate once they hear your uniquely human condition and the story that brought you in. They look you in the eye, they acknowledge your pain (physical, emotional and financial) with absolute human kindness. Then, after all of this, they are fully committed to working with you and within their system to give you the health-CARE you need. I have been coming to ChapCare Lime for almost two years and I have always been welcomed kindly by the front office staff. All the nurses I've interacted with have been kind and warm, and if there was ever a longer wait than anticipated, they've always circled back to let me know what the status is. As for my PCP, Dr. Vallota, he never has made me feel rushed during our appointment. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest with his diagnosis and recommendations, and listens. The staff are exceptionally nice! We were greeted warmly . The doctor took time to explain the EKG performed. All nurses were very kind as well. This facility is clean, professional and easy access!
