This facility is really good, nice and there’s a lady named Maria who is a such a lovely person, being so patient with us and providing all the information we need, even helping us with the schedule and with the mychart app.

Checking in was quick and easy. Front desk was friendly. I didn't wait long to be seen. I felt comfortable and confident about my care with the doctor. I especially have to mention how happily surprised I was when the nurse (Blanca) was able to draw my blood on the first try. I have very tiny veins so it's NEVER that easy with me. She took her time, she was very careful, she was gentle, and she asked me before picking me, if it was okay for her to try. She was amazing.
Care, Compassion and Commitment defines this office, it's staff, nurses, doctors and security officers. They truly listen and care about you and what brings you to them. They are truly compassionate once they hear your uniquely human condition and the story that brought you in. They look you in the eye, they acknowledge your pain (physical, emotional and financial) with absolute human kindness. Then, after all of this, they are fully committed to working with you and within their system to give you the health-CARE you need. I could not pay fully for their services and knowing this about me, worked tirelessly with computers, staffers and providers to get me in to the the doctor (Nicole Vaccarello) and get me taken care of. This place is full of true healers in all respects. They treat mind, body and soul beautifully and most professionally.
