The doctor here is very knowledgeable and carefully. They take serious of exam my kid. My son 3 year old come into the room with high fever. In order to find out the cause, they let him have Motrin and with ice pack to cool down his body. Then checked his breathing and chest. And he decide to check xray lung to confirmed if there was possible pneumonia since there were no wheezing sounds now and my son has croup bark at midnight, he has bad congestion. He also let my son to inhale the medicine after to help Smoothie airway , after those procedure, my son better for breathing and brought back energy with appetite since he wasn’t ate for couple days. I love PM Pediatric Urgent Care. We moved to OC but drove 40 mins to see them in Pasadena. I called around and OC’s urgent care clinics took up to 3 hours of waiting for my baby to be seen . It was 8pm, I called and PM Pediatric was able to see him right away. We’ve had 3 visits at this center so far. All are positive experiences. They made accurate diagnosis and let us know the right treatments.
Our baby girl was sick this last weeken. At 3am I was able to easily book an appointment at PM Pediatric Urgent care. Checkin on my phone was a breeze, the office was clean and organized and we were seen promptly for our appointment. The real hero was Nurse Rachel who helped us both Sunday and Monday morning. She was a pro! Gave me a print out of the right doses of Tylenol/motrin for infants, took care of vitals and shots seamlessly and was so kind to my husband, baby and I. Thank you team but especially, thank you Rachel!
