We have been here twice and both experiences have been so positive. Our last visit was urgent as we were going out of town in a couple of days and our kid had blisters spreading down on the torso. I scheduled an appointment online on the same day and was able to see the PA or doctor shortly after we arrived. The doctor took one look and quickly determined that it was a bacterial infection. A prescription was submitted and we were able to pick up antibiotic ointment on our way home. We applied the ointment and by the time we arrived at our hotel, all the blisters were healing very well. Staff was friendly and kind. We are happy this urgent care is local to us so we can we can ensure our kiddo is able to obtain prompt care.

Had to take my autistic 4year old to PM urgent care because she had a laceration on her chin. Wasn't sure how she would do with them trying to check her. The staff, nurses, and Dr were so patient. Not only were they understanding of my concerns and stress but of my child's disability. They were gentle with her and allowed her to feel comfortable. 2 nurses and myself had to hold her still but they were able to stitch her chin (6 stitches). Very clean facility. Even though they didn't take my daughter's insurance, I would still go back.

We used to love this place. I would come here regularly with my kids to avoid crazy ER visits or if they couldn't be seen by their pediatrician for urgent matters. Even when they stopped taking my insurance i would still go and happily pay out of pocket for the service and shorter wait times. To be honest most drs who have seen my kids were thorough and friendly. They took the time to listen and diagnose carefully. Until today. Two days ago my daughter had a really bad ankle sprain that got really swollen. I took her there and Dr Becca who was very nice saw her and took an xray. She then said my kid had to wear an ACE wrap for compression for a week. The next day her school refused to let her in with that wrap without a Drs note. So i wait till noon, call PM pediatrics to ask for a drs note so my kid can attend school. Easy right? No! A nurse picks up (her name is Christine W.) and for some reason she decides to make my day even more difficult by belittling the situation and telling me that the dr who saw my kid was off and that no one could help me. She then said that she'll see what she can do and call me back. Two hours later i call them back to check because i needed to send that note to school before they close. They leave me on hold for 15 minutes. I hang up and call again when she finally comes to the phone and she's like "I TOLD YOU ILL CALL YOU BACK WE'RE BUSY" in a rude tone and attitude and she almost hung up!!! I told her i can't believe i have to do alll this for a drs note just so my kid can go back to school!! She then said that she doesnt understand what to write on that note (which i explained at least 10 times). I said it was quite simple. She just needs to ask a dr to write that my kid needs to keep wearing that wrap for a week (according to what THEIR dr said the day before) and that i only needed that in writing. She starts being even more rude!!!! I hang up and call the school that ended up calling their office to get a verbal note and guess what she told them!!! She said that she had the note ready and all i had to do was get it from the portal (which is a lie). I ended up driving for 30 minutes to get to them to pick up the drs note that wasted my whole day between calls and another trip to their office!!! Horrible experience!!!!

From PM Pediatric Urgent Care

PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injuries.
