It was both a relief and a pleasure to have Aaron and Alberto of Downey Plumbing Heating and A/C respond to my Homeserve service call for a blocked sewage line issue at my rental property. My tenants called a plumber that quoted a $3500 fee to repair alleged leaks and to cut out and replace sewer line piping because it was wet in the crawl space under the house. It turns out that the moisture under the house was evenly distributed and the result of the recent heavy rains. The line only needed to be snaked out and cost me nothing beyond my regular Homeserve monthly premium. Downey plumbing was very good at communicating to me when technician would be at my house but then they had to cancel appt due to emergency at another place. They did however give me the first appt for the next day. Rodrigo was very professional and answered all my concerns and questions. He was very careful with the cutting up of my lawn as possible because he knew it was a new lawn. I would recommend, ask for Rodrigo

I highly recommend Downey plumbing. Rodrigo Rodriguez knows his stuff, is honest and reliable and did an excellent job on my house today. I had a local plumber come out to my house twice to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and some issues with my outdoor sprockets. He didn't try to upsell me for more services which I really appreciated. So I asked him to replace my 10 year old garbage disposal at a very reasonable price. Axel was excellent too.
