“I am visiting family and woke up the day of my flight with neck and shoulder pain, which progressively got worse. This place was within reasonable distance for me. Wynne had magic hands, relieved my shoulder and neck pain with cupping. (1 hr massage + cupping) and it was glorious. Not only did she relieve my pain and almost alleviated the issue (still slight neck pain) she alleviated pain I didn’t know I had in my lower back. The pressure was perfect, she was receptive to my pain threshold while simultaneously alleviating the pain. The hot stone - always a bonus. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced. Too notch service“

I have noticed this place seems to be not be getting a lot of business, and despite my critical nature, I really am truly GRATEFUL it is here, and I would be just DEVASTATED if it closed down. Yu spa is good for a special occasion, but if you’re looking to get in a weekly soak or a monthly scrub in a quiet, relaxing, non-judgemental environment, this place is HEAVEN. I also appreciate that the steam room and hot tub are kept hot enough to actually be truly therapeutic (unlike Yu spa), and cold plunge is nice and deep. They also have really wonderful scrubbers / massage therapists. So, I have a lot to say about this place as I’ve spent a lot of time there. First of all, I was so incredibly grateful to discover it after thinking Yu Spa was the only Korean Spa in San Diego. Someone AT Yu spa actually turned me onto this place. It is small, it’s cute, it’s chill, rarely overcrowded, and it’s affordable to soak at every week. I do wish they would step it up on a couple of fronts. Number one, it’s not the cleanest place. I don’t like to sit on the toilet, so I’m hovering and ending up looking back at the toilet snd it is not so clean. I know public bathrooms often have “that smell,” but I REALLY prefer a place where I’m soaking my naked body and am forced to walk around barefoot (even in the bathroom) to be a lot cleaner. I get the sense they aren’t big on sterilization, however so far I haven’t gotten any foot fungus or anything!!

Lastly they have ONE SONG they play in the lounge area on repeat every day all day. It sounds like that Bryan Adams song from Robin Hood prince of thieves from the 80s. I find it repetitive and not relaxing. There’s SO MUCH amazing sound healing etc out there online for free.“

Everyone is very friendly, the price was great, and the staff is very knowledgeable with great advice to continue getting back to 100%. I was also able to buy a Thai product similar to Tiger Balm that was used during the massage that I liked. It came highly recommended by the owner for sports injury and recovery. I have trained Muay Thai in Thailand a few times and I have seen and used this product before, they really know their stuff and carry authentic Thai products while offering authentic Thai massage!
