I am absolutely obsessed with the Vitality Wellness Energy Room. Brad and his team are so welcoming, kind, easy to work with, and accommodating. This space embodies relaxation, rejuvenation, rest, and healing. I leave feeling like my body and mind have been strengthened. I cannot recommend this place enough. Also, the reflexology and reiki have been so beneficial!

My first visit was relaxing and energizing , my second I didn’t notice too much, and my third-WOW!!
I was fighting a migraine and became extremely nauseous on the drive over, so nauseous I asked for a bucket just in case.
To my AMAZEMENT 20 minutes later the nausea was gone!!! No more migraine pain either!!!
This really sealed the validity for me that something truly is happening in the healing room even though you don’t always perceive it.
