In San Diego for business with my wife—we had some time to kill and she suggested foot massages. I can dig it, so we drove down the road to Ark Spa. I had no idea what to expect, but man, I was so pleasantly surprised (though I shouldn't have been...all the positive reviews are spot on)!We decided on the 60-minute foot massage, though the staff member suggested the foot / back combo and they were probably right. Both my wife and I were able to be in beds next to each other which was nice. This was my second visit to Ark and I decided I wanted to write something. Not only I am a picky massage customer, but more importantly, I know how to choose a good service. Why do you get massages? Have you ever asked yourself that? Just relax, find a quiet place, treat yourself, maybe. The real meaning of massage is to check your body, detoxify, and maintain a normal balance of immune function. This is the purpose of my massage. I have been to this massage spa several times. The masseuses are very nice and with great technique, I had an aromatherapy massage yesterday, I slept very well. I’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended!
