“April 11, 2026 -- The postpartum self care you didn’t know you needed!!

I am a massage person, and I haven't had one since before I was pregnant. I now 3.5 months postpartum and wanted to treat myself before returning to work. I knew I needed a massage, but I had no idea I needed this specific one!

I scheduled the Prenatal/Postpartum 120-min Combo Massage - 30min Foot Reflexology + 90min Full Body Massage online, and when I came in Maggie checked me in. She initially asked me if I had signed the prenatal massage waiver, but when I said its actually post natal she let me know the wavier wasn't needed. She asked if I would like the pregnancy pillow or small pillows since the pregnancy pillow takes up a lot of space. I am currently breastfeeding and can comfortably lay on my front, so I opted for the small pillows. She also asked if I would like hot stones. Lastly she asked if there were any areas to focus on, avoid and how much pressure I would prefer. I appreciated how much it really felt like the massage was tailored for me and not just a generic massage! I specified my forearms because I have a serious case of Mommy Wrist and deep pressure.

Maggie showed me to my room, and left me to get undressed to underwear and under the blanket on the massage table. Angela was the one who worked on me, and it was possibly the best massage I've ever had. She brought two small pillows which I placed under my clavicle to support my upper chest as I laid face down.

When I tell you it was a full body massage, it was fully thorough! Angela took her time and felt very experienced. It was wild to me how she knew where to massage my arms and hands to relieve pain in my wrists.

Full body massage, hot stone, deep pressure mainly applied with forearm and elbows. To begin it was a deep back massage. Then hot stones on the back followed by hot towels on the back while she worked on my arms. Then upper and lower legs. Next I turned over to my back for neck & head massage. Then arms and legs again. Finally was the foot and reflexology massage.

I'm so happy with the experience, even though I've been here many times and always recommend it! This time was amazing, worth every penny ??

A word of caution for anyone else who doesn't get massages often, deep pressure truly means deep pressure. I was worried it would be too gentle since it was a postpartum massage, but Anglea got deep in the muscles and worked out all my known issue areas and more that I didn't even know I had.“

Wynne had magic hands, relieved my shoulder and neck pain with cupping. (1 hr massage + cupping) and it was glorious.
