“Searching for a remnant of a no longer popular granite was frustrating. I called more than a couple dozen fabricators and granite suppliers. It was surprising how many who answered knew their remnant inventory by memory - I had the impression few wanted to bother to actually see what they had. When Jogreet answered my call at IRG, she said she would check and call back. Have you heard that before??? Well, she did and found a damaged piece of granite in the type I needed.My husband checked out the granite a couple days later after Jogreet arranged to have it moved to the Dublin location. It was going to work and there was enough unblemished granite to do the repair.Kudos to Jogreet for exemplifying what quality customer service looks like. We will be happy to recommend IRG to anyone we know seeking natural stone. BTW - We peeked around the inventory and the selection was inspiring!“

“Brian's partner - Steve (aka CV Floors) and team were awesome. We met Steve and Brian a couple of times at the store and they were awesome. Not pushy like some places and very down to earth, easy to talk to answering all our questions. :) It was so refreshing to be informed the night before what time the team would arrive for the job and they kept to it! The team, Steve, Gregory and Christian were so very pleasant, worked EXTREMELY hard and were quite meticulous with their work. We are very pleased with the flooring we chose and were referred by two different households who had their flooring installed by them. I am glad we went with this group because of the quality of product and service. It can be scary to go through a home project, but Steve is very communicative which made it a whole lot easier. “I give the company an unequivocal 5 stars. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan, his wife Eva, and their super team of technicians. They are highly skilled and paid close attention to the fine details to produce an excellent job. I recently moved into a beautiful house, which, however, had very uneven and sloping floors, which I did not detect upon inspection (nor was it disclosed). I have since learned that, due to the type of soil in Contra Costa County, this is quite common. Although friends advised that I would just get used to it, walking on the sloping floors began hurting my back and neck. When Jonathan came over to give me an estimate, his confidence that he could fix the issue of the uneven floors was very reassuring (he told me that he'd "seen worse"). This was in contrast to 2 other companies that I had previously approached for estimates, neither of which appeared to be interested in fixing the issue (which required leveling the floors; in fact, one never even sent over an estimate). Jonathan's team's work was impeccable, with great attention to detail, and the floors are now so much better, not to mention looking gorgeous. In addition, Jonathan was able to get me an even better deal on the flooring materials than the sale price that the supplier was offering the public, thus saving me additional money, and providing a price that I feel was very fair. Excellent experience, and I highly recommend Jonathan without reservation.“

“In the past 12 years, we have gradually replaced all the flooring in our house. We have worked with 3 different companies and Conklin Bros in Dublin have been the best. We were turning a bonus room used as an office/ laundry room into 2 separate rooms.I had something very specific in mind and when I didn't see what I wanted in the showroom, our sales person, Rene Pearson went digging in the back storeroom and came up with 4 options. I took the samples home and found one was exactly what we wanted.Rene worked with our contractor to arrange installation.The installers arrived at the time promised and worked steadily all day to remove the old vinyl and carpet and install the LVT flooring. They gave us some options for the transitions into the family room and furnace closet and called our contractor to work out the tricky transition to the garage. They stayed late to finish the clean up so everything was very neat.Thank you, Rene and the installation team.We love our new floor!“

“I recently hired AC Construction to replace all the siding on a three unit condominium in San Francisco. He was very easy to work with, he completed the project much faster than I expected, and he did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the end result, and I would hire him again.“

“Had a small (250 sq ft) kitchen and laundry room laminate floor replaced due to water damage with new LVT (luxury vinyl tile - looks like stone) through Costco. The bid was about the same as others we got but less when the Costco discounts were applied. The old laminate material (25 yrs) was made from wood so a large spill seeped into the seams and caused it to swell, lifting the edges. Other than that the old floor was still in great shape (too bad I had to replace it). The new material is waterproof so we won't have that problem again. The top layer has ground stone I was told so harder than the old material. They ran out of the product we wanted so we had to wait a month but it did come back in stocks. Salesperson was good (Zach) and installers were great (Hector & Pedro) - easy to work with, and did a quality job. It took 2 days since my small kitchen hand a lot of little nooks, which took extra time to fit the flooring. I had to do actual work disconnecting dishwasher and removing partitions between washer & dryer and Hector was good to work with. Hector has 7 years of experience so he has seen many problems and knows how to deal with them. He and his helper moved the appliances and some furniture carefully. They removed and replaced the baseboard carefully so I didn't have much touchup painting to do at all. The were even able to reuse the matching cabinet 1/4 round floor trim pieces. The jobsite was left clean. There can always be problems/issue/STRESS with remodeling of any kind and this one was a smooth transaction overall.“
