“I am real estate broker in Walnut Creek. My client was in need of a flooring solution to prepare her home for sale. I recommended Andrew Waite with Floortex Design for the project. We were under a tight deadline to list the home for sale. Andrew was very responsive and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Great quality at a fair price. Steller customer service and expertise. I highly recommend Andrew Waite.”
“I reached out to them on a Friday after learning that another vendor was booked out a month. Needed help on a home I was prepping to list in 2-3 weeks. The delay would have blown up my entire timeline. Mike came to see the house same day and gave an estimate right away. I booked right away. They showed up and deliver a high quality floor refinish/stain a matter of a few days later. I’ll reach out to them again on future projects.”
