I initially contacted Floortex Design on Hartz in Danville to because they are a Hunter-Douglas dealer. One of our blinds failed and I wanted to see if it could be repaired and at what cost. I spoke with Mechele and she asked that I bring the blind to their store. She sent the blind out for repair. I had the blind back (repaired) within a month at a cost of 90$. Another one of our H-D blinds had failed a few months before and I used a different local dealer that told me that it was too old to be repaired and and a new blind would be $600.
