“I needed a last minute hair cut and searched the area for salons that would take walk ins. I called ahead just to make sure that they had time to take me and they were very welcoming. This salon seems to get a lot of walk ins so I was glad I called ahead to make sure they knew I would be coming in. The shop is a bit small and when I arrived it was just Wendy and another hairstylist working at the time. The vibe was great and they seemed really friendly with the customers. Wendy took care of me and gave me the perfect haircut that I needed. I showed her my reference pictures and she adjusted it to match me better. She explained to me which type of layers would look best for my length and showed me how much of a trim I needed. She was really kind and gave me a lot of advice on how to better care for my hair. At the end she gave me a blowdry and it looked great! I was honestly in desperate need of a haircut and was willing to go anywhere that would take me last minute. I'm glad MC Salon picked up my call and I love the cut!“

On our initial call, she suggested we work on the underlying issue and get my skin healthier which made so much sense to me. We did a facial, she reviewed all the products I was using, identified an ingredient I may be allergic to and put me on a regimen to get my skin healthy. My skin has never looked and felt better. With that behind us, we took on getting the right makeup and how best to use it.
For someone who has never worn makeup, she really me understand the fundamentals and approach and gave feedback as we went along. Pauline is amazing and I would highly recommend both her facial services and her makeup application program.“

“I absolutely LOVED working with Dela Paris Beauty / Ann as my hair and makeup artist for my engagement celebration!! I've admired Ann's work for awhile on Instagram, so when it was my time to book bridal services, I knew I had to book with her! Upon reaching out and completing her interest survey, we booked a Discovery call to talk more about my partner and I, the type of event we were prepping for, and what I envisioned for my hair/makeup. Her questions for me were super thoughtful, and really got me in the head space of thinking of myself as a bridal client. I finally had that moment where I was like, wow, this is money I'm investing in MYSELF to ensure that I looked and felt exactly how I wanted to for our celebration. It was honestly so nice to feel seen in this season of my life! On the day of services, Ann arrived right on time and was truly a professional - clean, efficient, had tips and tricks up her sleeve, and was ready to adapt to my preferences. Everything went SO smoothly, and we even finished earlier than expected. I was actually SO STUNNED at how amazing Ann helped me look in such a short amount of time! More specifics on the look: I have naturally curly hair that I wanted to maintain, but just shape and spruce up a bit. I told Ann that I still wanted to look like "me," just a bit more refined, and without making my curls look overdone or artificial. For makeup, I wanted bright, champagne gold eyelids with warm brown tones on my creases and outer edges of my eyes, ultimately to look bright and timeless. She 100% delivered on both of those things!!! The pictures speak for themselves! I felt like a goddess with how Ann brought my vision to life. The confidence I had was unmatched, and I imagined that EVERY bride or celebrant would want to feel as beautiful, confident, and glowing as I felt that day. It totally set the tone for a cheerful, exciting, momentous day. AND, the glam lasted me all day - more than 12 hours!! Overall, Ann made the process feel so seamless and professional. You can tell she brings nearly ten years of bridal beauty experience to the table. “Sara is a very talented makeup artist. She did my makeup for my wedding and also did my makeup for a video shoot I recently had. She knows how to accentuate beauty without making you look unrecognizable or clownish. She also knows the difference between what is needed for a photo shoot vs video vs real life. If you have an important event coming up, don't risk going to anyone else. Sara is a true professional. She has tons of experience and can handle all types of skin, people, and looks. “I got my eyebrows microbladed by Krystal and I absolutely love them! This is my first time getting my eyebrows done so of course, i had a bunch of questions and anxiety about it but Krystal was the sweetest person about the whole thing. She made sure I was comfortable before starting. I told her about my face insecurities and what I liked/disliked about certain eyebrow tattoos and she really took her time mapping out my eyebrows and doing them until I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell she really cares about her clients and making them happy when you see her work. It's been a week now and after seeing my eyebrows heal and the outcome, hands down Krystal is my go to person forever when it comes to my eyebrows! :D“

“I had to find a new hair dresser after my longtime gal retired. I'm SO relieved to have known of this salon since I had stopped in there a few times to buy their Aveda products. My recently retired gal had stopped selling that brand in her salon so I kept buying them at Gorgeous A Salon. Anyway, I decided to try out this place for my cut and balayage color, and Sophia has been excellent! She nails it every time, and goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make me look great! My previous gal often would change my look or change the color products and kind of use me as her guinea pig, but I wasn't crazy about that. But with Sophia, she lets me keep my same style and color each time I go in. No experiments or switching out products. I love her consistency with always getting it right every time. But I also wanted to say that I find the other stylists in the salon to be quite friendly too. There is always friendly conversation and warm heartedness towards me from them too. I enjoy my time when I'm there. I so appreciate this place. No pretentiousness, fair prices, and excellent services. Also, they're never pushy about selling me products I don't need...but I often DO buy nice products from them since Aveda is one of my faves! Also, I must say that I am super impressed with their mask-on policy where they care about their customers keeping safe from COVID. I know some folks may not like this protocol they still stick with, but I am grateful, as I am a caregiver during the day and need to keep the elders in my life safe. ;-)“
