I came to Pauline as a total beginner who was interested in a quick and easy makeup routine. As I was starting from scratch, I originally worked with her on a curated shopping list. I filled in a questionnaire and had a follow-up call with Pauline where she asked a few more questions to make sure she understood what I was looking for. She then came up with a list of recommended items that I could easily purchase online or at Sephora. She was super responsive and answered all of my questions along the way (e.g., color matching). I brought my 13-year-old daughter for a make up lesson today. Pauline spent 75 minutes with her, patiently explaining how to take care of her skin and use eyeliner to make her eyes pop. It was a fun experience. I learned some new techniques too . Thank you!
