Pauline helped me go from feeling lost about what to buy and how to apply to feeling confident in applying my make up! She catered to my style and helped me find a natural look that would pop in pictures. She gave me a fun and interactive lesson that helped me learn proper application techniques and she created a shopping list of the essential products that were right for my skin and hair tones. On the morning of my wedding I utilized her step by step instructions to get ready—my makeup routine took less than 10 minutes and didn’t need to be touched up. My mom and I took a joint class with Pauline to learn to do makeup for my upcoming wedding. Pauline was flexible and was able to squeeze us in for some back to back makeup lessons.

She was very thorough and took stock of our existing makeup before the class, letting us know what was still good and what we should purchase in advance, which I appreciated -- very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all to make new purchases.

Overall the makeup class was very hands on and easy to follow, I learned a lot about makeup application and techniques specific to set makeup for all day events. She had us practice application during the class rather than just listen...read full review
