I was almost hesitant to write a great review in fear that more people would want services and therefore there would be less appointments available. The owner (and groomer) is that good! I brought in my two cats who needed flea baths. She took her time, had an instant rapport with the cats, and gave us some helpful advice. One of my cats is too rotund to clean herself everywhere so there was some poop on her tail, and the owner did a little shaving free of charge. My other cat smelled great even weeks after. It's really obvious she takes great care and has a lot of pride in her work. The quality of service is purr-fect! Yes, I know, lame joke.

My first time here after a close friend recommended this place and Mary was so kind during the whole interaction and she cares for cats so well I was in shock when I seen my Clarita being held like a baby after the haircut...she loves it so much thank you MARY!!!

Mary was amazing. She was so sweet with my cat Gogo. She got him out of the carrier onto the fur rug, and he was immediately so relaxed with her. She did an excellent job! She removed all the matting he had, trimmed his uneven fur, and shaved his tummy. He looked and smelled great, and he's still super soft almost 2 weeks later! Yes, it's pricy but she didn't charge me extra for the matting, and honestly, the cost is so worth it for how great of a job she did! I will absolutely be back the next time he needs to be groomed.
