“Thank you so much Aaron at Covina Appliance for taking care of of our older GE gas dryer. It was making a lot of noise and shaking a lot so we called to see if it could be taken care of. I appreciate the ability to speak with a technician prior to them coming out so we could have a conversation regarding the issue. Since my dryer is quite old, I didn’t want to have a technician come out to say that they couldn’t fix it for $69. Initially, I spoke with Archie and based on the video I sent him he said that they could potentially fix it. Long story short the technician had to come back again because we had to order parts, which I was fully aware of, since my dryer is quite dated. When Aaron came back again to complete the repair, I was so thankful that it sounded back to normal and actually I couldn’t believe how quiet it sounded! We are so grateful that our dryer could be repaired and we get our laundry routine back in order. The cost was fair and if the technician is able to fix the problem within a short period of time, that just shows me their experience. Will do business with Covina Appliance anytime.“
