Gary has come to the house to maytag dishwasher twice. The first time was to replace the electrical panel because the switch broke. The second time was to solve a problem with the dishwasher not drying the dishes properly after the wash. The problems were completed completely and immediately. He even gave us tips on how to solve our hard water problem by changing out the soap we were using. Gary's a great value and a keeper and will keep using him again.

Gary with Diamond Bar Appliance repair was a breath of fresh air. I had a bad experience with a local company who scheduled me for a Saturday morning appointment, that later delayed the appointment, then flat out cancelled it after stating he doesn't work past 1pm on weekends. The same technician keot asking me qualifying questions about the problem as if he was assessing the cost and profit. Making an appointment with Gary was simple, called to say he was running a tad late, showed up, needed to pick up a specialty part, returned the same day and all done. Fair and honest pricing and work. 100% satisfied, I wish I could find his equivalent in a mechanic.
