“I had a great experience using Premier. My freezer had error codes and stopped making ice. Tech came out as scheduled and identified the issue. I received a quote later that day for parts and labor. I approved the quote and Premier called 2 days later saying the part was in. A tech came out the following day and replaced the parts. All good now. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.”
“Highly recommend Alex! Based on his great reviews, I reached out to him about my washer to see if it was worth fixing or replacing. He was honest, professional, fair with his fees, and gave sound advice. He also snaked my dryer exhaust vent. Great guy”
