Physical Therapy Tammara Moore, DPT, CSCS
“In October of 2025 I injured my lower back while on a white water river trip. For weeks following the injury I experienced persistent pain - occasionally with very intense bouts of lower back pain. I first went to Tammara to get a diagnosis and get relief from the pain. It worked. From there, she began to work with me to rebuild strength and help me change the way I move, pick things up, and return to an active life - including kitesurfing and skiing. When I look back at the pain I was in and how I was feeling then, I would not have imagined where I am today. My strength and capacity for pain free movement feels nothing short of miraculous. I am deeply grateful to her. She has great wisdom, experience, and kindness and was instrumental to my recovery.”
