I worked with Giancarlo, Carlie, and Zoe throughout my pre- and post-ACL reconstruction surgery, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be in the same physical/mental place without them. I’m incredibly grateful for their wisdom and guidance throughout this year journey.

When I first tore my ACL, I didn’t think I would ever be able to climb or run long distances again. But today I’m bouldering, running up to 8 miles, and even started a new sport—BJJ.

Giancarlo, Zoe and Carlie have been the most amazing and supportive team I could ask for as I traverse my health journey. When I first came to Giancarlo, I was in tears and feeling pain in pretty much every crevice of my body. It was complex and systemic. How I came to trust Giancarlo early on is when he drew clear lines on where he could and couldn't help. Where he couldn't help, he referred me out to a pain psychology program. With this combo, I slowly and surely started to recover and rebuild my life. I’ve been seeing Giancarlo Centeno for a wrist/hand injury and couldn’t be happier. He did a very thorough first evaluation and really listens and cares — I’ve made great progress in just a couple of months.

The whole team is awesome: Zoe is super helpful and always checks in during sessions, and Carlie makes scheduling and insurance a breeze — efficient, warm, and a clear communicator.
The office is clean, well-equipped, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. It does get busy, so my first appointment took a bit to book, but after that everything’s been smooth.
