Amazing behavioral training and kind handling for dogs of all breeds. Our veey fearful Ridgeback was a changed boy after 6 weeks with Robert, and he continues to work with Robert whenever we go out of town for longer trips to work on further improvements and positive growth. We recommended Rober to two sets of other fiends who have sent their combined 5 dogs to Robert as well, all with great and positive outcomes (that all still need further work of course!). We can't recommend Robert highly enough.

I can’t recommend Robert and California Dog Training highly enough. We have three large male Rhodesian Ridgebacks (all rescues with challenging histories), aged 3,5, and 7, who each have unique personalities. Before we found Robert, we struggled to walk them, and their understanding of basic commands was non-existent. After we saw the transformation Robert made with another Ridgeback we do pack walks with, we knew he was the right trainer to help us. Working with Robert has been life-changing. I have 2 amazing Australian Shepherds, but after a series of unfortunate events, they became difficult to manage, and I needed help. I contacted 5 other facilities, and only 2 of them (including California Dog Training) used positive reinforcement training. I chose this facility over the others based on experience, customer service, and training protocol.I’m glad I took the time to research the right facility for my dogs because this experience exceeded my expectations.
