OMG this place was amazing!! Right when I walked through the door, instant hospitality. I honestly have never felt so welcomed at an establishment like this before. All I needed was to get my glasses fixed, and Camilla Vidal was the one who helped me! When I tell you, she was the kindest, sweetest, most informative person I could ever ask for. She had the answers to all of my questions, didn't make me wait at all, and my glasses are now as good as new!! If you're reading this, thank you Camilla you made my day :) Overall a wonderful experience, and I definitely won't hesitate to come back!
Super helpful staff, they got my dad in pretty quick and answered the handful of questions I had perfectly. I would like to give a special shoutout to the gal who helped us, Camilla, she was on top of it and very personable. So if you go here, ask for her!!
I called for an emergency (my glasses broke that morning) and they quickly made an appointment for me. Karen was helpful in finding me a newer models that fit perfectly since my old one was getting smaller and it was all quick and easy. I got my new pair a week later, thank god for backup lenses, and all well that ends well.
