This is one of the best Optometry clinic that I’ve been in. Dr. Lee and his staff are top notch. Dr. Lee took his time to explain to me about the issues I’m having and gave options and recommendations. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and easy to talk to. I also want to recognize a staff member who was very nice and pleasant. I forgot her name but she completed the transaction for me and even gave me a little a Jesus figurine to take home for my son.
My experience is always good when I go here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I hope I spell her name correctly, but Brianna helped me pick out glasses and she was extremely helpful! Something that used to take me forever to do took 15 minutes! She was knowledgeable and helped me find styles i liked and fit me very well. Would definitely recommend them if your looking for a new optometrist office.
I made an appointment easily, all staff were kind, professional, efficient. The eye exam was thorough. My glasses came in quickly and I was called to come pick them up ,this when things changed. Although they are good,I was handed my glasses over the counter without being seated to ensure they fit correctly and I was satisfied . It's as if once you bought the glasses customer service just wasn't important. They are a good office and I hope this was a one time situation and not typical. Reason for 4 stars only
