Dr. Chan and the staff are great! Tracy accommodated us when we needed to move our appointment time, the same day, and helped figure out my mom's insurance. My mom has dementia, and Dr. Chan took his time to understand her needs and make her feel as comfortable as possible. My mom took a while but Melissa was so patient while doing the exam. Denise was so pleasant and kind, with her gracious smile while fitting her for her glasses. This is a great team. I recommend this office to anyone that wants a doctor that cares.
