He helped talk to my upstairs neighbors' insurance to get them papers and details of the damages and the repair estimates. After the work was done, they cleaned up nicely, and George came in himself and check to make sure things were wiped down properly as well. George even saw my situation with other parties insurance because they aren't trying to cover everything they should be covering and helped me out with accepting payments when I got paid instead of immediately after the work was done.“
