Vincent and his team are incredible, and came through for me last minute during a very stressful time. I’m a tenant dealing with a nightmare slumlord situation wherein I was left with exposed cavities/holes in my ceiling, etc., and had to have various mold and asbestos inspections last minute. They were very thorough and accommodating throughout. They did the proper testing and inspections that my landlords failed to do, which brought to my attention that I’ve been living with various types of mold, including black mold, and major water damage. Vincent and his team are absolute professionals! We were in need of their expertise with very short term notice on a water intrusion item impacting a home in escrow. They not only came out within 24 hours, they were so unbelievably comprehensive! Their findings pinpointed the problem to be with the homes foundation when all the earlier “experts” assumed it was the roof! They not only tested the walls, floors and ceilings in the suspect area, but they also checked the entire house yielding information that was not previously identified like a leaking window!
