They take pride in their work and do their best EVERY SINGLE TIME! Anyone with the audacity to leave a bad review is a problematic client who can't see quality when it is right in front of their eyes. Some people will never be happy with anything--remember have a responsibility to be good clients too, not just be crappy people and expect the lash artist to bow down. Anyways--I've been here for about 4-5 years and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. My lashes always look amazing and have retention like no where else. Jessica uses her own products which she took years developing and are truly the real deal. Just book your appointment and you will see--they are truly passionate about their artistry!!!“

“Very accommodating doctor, Dr. Yatar. Excellent receptionist, Venus. They will work with you if you are smart enough to know what you might need or want. I went in for a skin consultation. It is free, so you and the doctor can decide what is best before you get trapped into paying for anything or nothing. Best place that I have found if you are a cash paying customer and need to watch out for unanticipated up charges. They spent time checking with the lab to let me know what to expect in lab fees. They could not have done more or been nicer in helping me out with a skin lesion on my forehead that might be cancerous. It would be hard to find a better office to go to for what I was looking for. Doctor explained everything perfectly and acted in my best interest. That is what I look for, beside not getting overcharged. This is the only office I found that doesn't play the "see you first and bill you after, for whatever it comes out to, without telling you up front what to expect" game almost every other doctor's office does to hide the high cost of health care in the United States. What a shame more offices aren't like this one!“

“When I worked as a teacher, my hands were very visible. It was important to me to have my nails done professionally. I retired some years back and gave up on getting my nails done. Recently, I needed a pick me up and decided to go and get my nails done. I have found that getting my nails done is a pick me up and a reminder that I am worth it. But the problem was finding a place that is consistently a class act. My friend recommended Q Nails & Spa and boy am I glad she did. They are fantastic from the booking of an appointment, remembering me and what type of mani I prefer. I have been a total of 4x for my nails and 2x for my toes. First they do excellent work. Second, they don't hurt me. Third, it lasts (where other places I had tried my nails would split within a week). The other places would repair for free but what a hassle to have to go back in. I have never had to "go back" for a repair with Q Nails & Spa. I would also like to give a special shout out on the last time I got a pedicure. I noticed that my big toe was hurting but didn't know why. I made an appointment asap. When they started on my pedicure, the gal explained to me that I had an ingrown toenail and it was infected. Ouch & Yuck! The lady knew just what to do and with no pain. She explained after care. I also had emailed my doctor who agreed with what the gal had done for me and followed up with a topical prescription antibiotic. I got to say that this is the best place EVER! I recently moved, but I am still going to stay with them (that is how happy I am). You can be as happy as me by booking an appointment and finding out for yourself.“

“This place is literally changing my life and time schedule! I am over 50 and have waxed my eyebrows since I was 16 years old. I have been to 3 Rubiology appointments - and I am so happy to say I will NEVER wax or thread my eyebrows again. I will need some clean up every now and then, but imagine your life (for me making time every 2 -3 weeks for waxing and or threading). So happy with the results and the the staff - just an overall wonderful team :)“
