“I started going to The Wax Gal for about 1.5 years. Since I live in the area, I'd see the business on my daily walks, and the name intrigued me.Michelle, the owner, is a true professional. Waxing down under, and I don't mean Australia, is never an easy experience. You're out your privates, or whatever parts, are exposed to a complete stranger.From my first treatment, Michelle made me feel at ease and guided me through the process, such as telling me when to breath right before the piece of cloth is ripped off of my skin. It sounds painful and it is, but the pain is bearable and momentary.Michelle's approach is unlike any other professional I've ever used. She uses two types of wax. The first is the traditional, warm wax to get the hair off. Then she uses a second type, slightly warmer, to get aby leftover hairs that are not visible to the eye. This ensures a completely smooth body part after the process is done. Within 15-20, the service and momentary pain are gone.Aside from her professionalism and knowledge, Michelle is a good egg. She's compassionate, nice, funny, and an overall good person. I love our sessions, not just for the service provided but because I enjoy getting to know her. I know she feels the same about getting to know her clients.I highly recommend her services!“

“I've been here 3 times within the year and I had the most amazing, beautiful and comfortable experience ever! And it is thanks to my wonderful hair stylist, Christina. She is such a sweet and gentle soul with hands of love to match. She is truly an Artist at her craft and feel blessed to have met her. The hair dye and toners she uses are so gentle, I can barley feel something is on my scalp except for the cool temperature. She uses high quality, burn free products (and I've had my share of burns & sharp tingles in the past). The first time I saw her she made my hair a beautiful mahogany brown; the second time I saw her it was just for a toner, and this last time I wanted blonde at the bottom and a purple color on my shadow roots. Every time I saw her my hair came out so gorgeous! Honestly, when I come home my hair feels and looks like it's been kissed by a fairy. This last time I came home I even told my boyfriend that my hair feels like it's been kissed by a fairy and he said after, "It looks like it too!! She's Brilliant!" “KAREN has magical hands. Found her on Yelp! She is awesome. Came in for a prenatal massage to help with lymph drainage and some nerve pain. Karen worked her magic in one hour and I left there feeling like an energetic mama. she is very knowledgeable on safe prenatal massage methods. Love the ambiance and calmness of her massage room. very relaxing. She worked out all my tough knots in my neck and shoulders while hitting some trigger points for lymph drainage. I highly highly recommend her for any mama looking to get a real and effective prenatal massage. 1hr FOR 75$. I will be going back weekly until delivery! easy parking very clean bathrooms available.“
