We have been with Metz Air Control since 2015. We recommend this company to our neighbors during the years, and service has been good. But today, we had Armand Adame come to install an Air Scrubber. This young man, was the most polite, well verse, knowledgeable serviceman ever! I highly praise Armand, for his honesty, and job well done. The best part, was feeling like we matter to him and took proper care in explaining the cost, the product and making sure he left us whole.
So wife and I went to the Home show and we got a discounted offer to service our air conditioner and we’ve use Metz before so really like them so why notWe are in Chino and there in Chino and we like to support our local businessesthey called the day after the show and confirmed 8 to 12 window today Friday and we’re there right at 8 o’clock it was the founders grandson Hayden he’s very personable detail orientated and discovered things I thought were wrong and he confirmed my suspicionsHe then sent me pictures and proposal by email within 10 minutes . I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for all your HVAC needs
Armand did my HVAC tune up/maintenance and even came back out to check up on my system a few days later when I thought maybe there was an issue with the fan. He's very polite and did a good job being thorough in checking my HVAC unit and answering any questions I had. Happy with the service.
