I asked Alex to come today, a Saturday. He was kind enough to stop by in the middle of a busy schedule. When he arrived, he was very friendly, calm and grounded. I really felt that he was ready to help. Not just trying to make a quick buck. I showed him my leak issue and took his time walking me through all my options and patiently answered all my questions. He was in no rush. I own a business myself and take pride in how I serve my customers. It was refreshing to meet someone like Alex who approaches business with integrity the way he does.
