Our water heater tank outlived it's lifespan and we were looking to upgrade to a tankless system. Roei was very responsive and professional from first contact. He came out to our house the very same day and was very knowledgeable and also very honest about any issues which could arise based on our particular situation. They installed our tankless water heater a couple of years ago. During the Palisades Fire they reached out to their customers to see if they needed food, prescriptions, etc. We asked for hot water. Within 2 days they brought 2 60 gallon propane tanks and a battery charger. They converted our tankless water heater from natural gas to propane and will come back when our power and gas is restored to switch it back. No charge at all except actual cost of matey. Amazing! We're customers for life and for sure they'll be pushed to the front of the line at the Pearly Gates!
