I needed old iron pipes in my basement replaced with new ABS pipes. The old pipes were internally rusted and had excessive sediment build-up; resulting in water backflowing and overflowing onto my laundry room floor. Roto-Rooter assigned Chris to my project. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced in pipe replacement. He was timely, friendly. He not only explained the cause of my problem but also showed what was causing the problem. He replaced the old with the new piping in a very timely manner. After replacement I used the washing machine and there is now no overflow of water onto my laundry floor. We had an Airbnb guest who reported a clogged bathtub and toilets. It was very late and we called this company who sent someone immediately. They finished their job at 11:30 pm and opened the main sewer line. We were very satisfied.
