I went to the.Moen website to get certified plumbers in my area who could diagnose and hopefully repair it. I called the one closest to me and Daniel was sent out to Service the issue. He quoted a minimum for the inspection, went through all the various elements of what I would do and then called the technical department Of Moen who walked him through A reset of the system. I also went on the phone with the technical department and explained the second issue that just started at the same time and was told that my controller unit is probably on its way out if not already broken. When I get a new unit, I will definitely have the company come back and install it based on their professionalism. And courtesy today. Good job, Daniel.”
