I can't say enough good things about Billy's Plumbing and Rooter! After dealing with a frustrating plumbing issue for days, they came to the rescue and exceeded all my expectations. Billy's plumbing is the best !. Saved me $2000.00 dollars by simply lighting the pilot light on my water heater. After a prominent plumbing co. in Simi Valley worked on it for 2 hours, I was told I needed a new water heater, which they could supply . I said no and called my granddaughter who knew Billy. He arrived and was here for less than 10 minutes and simply lit the pilot light... at no charge!. Forever grateful ! I've also had other issues repaired. Faucet under my kitchen sink and main outdoor faucet were leaking and Billy's Co. fixed them . Needless to say, Billy's is my forever plumber. Sincerely, Janet Gagnon
