“I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. “The Hounds Grounds is AMAZING! I have been bringing my puppy to the Hounds Grounds ever since he was 12 weeks old and he is now 3 years old! They helped me so much with him! They provided puppy classes, obedience training and refresher trainings! I also take my dog there three days a week for doggy day care and he absolutely LOVES it! The trainers at the Hounds Grounds are amazing and do such a thorough, loving job training the dogs and taking care of them. “My dog Dexter loves going to crossroads pet resort!! The. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The ladies in the front are always very friendly. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy for day care a few times a month. We have used their overnight boarding service when going on vacation twice and both times we have had no issues. Dexter seemed very happy while he was there.They also have a grooming service on site so you if you need that service it is available. I am very happy with the customer service we have received from Cross Roads, pet resort .“

“The staff was awesome. Very friendly. I called requesting pain medication for my dog after my visit on 12/22. I saw Dr. Meina on 12/27 who examine Willie (dog) and he provided him with two injections and meds to take home along with his diagnosis. He was very thorough and showed compassion. Willie is doing better and we have a follow-up appt. in a week. I appreciated the time he took to make sure Willie would be comfortable after he returned home. My earlier comments of Dr. Wisa was edited due to sometimes an interaction between Dr. and pet owner falls short when the owner is cut out of the decision making. I personally appreciate the Dr's opinion but not when information is withheld from me no matter what the reason and my decision to make is removed. Thank you.“
