I got my installation done in June 2023 and through my 2 year warranty wanted to make sure everything was fine as their were some concerns if it was cooling effectively. Ricardo was very thorough and helpful. He adjusted the vent angles for better airflow and checked the coolant levels, which he shared were at the right levels. He gave some tips to optimize as well. I am happy that Airtopia stayed true and consistent through the warranty period and are there to help their customers.
I got new HVAC system which has the latest refrigerant R32 finally.It is replacement for 35 years old system.Airtopia gave the most competitive estimate and has done nice installation.There was minor issue for wiring of system caused by new safety feature design of the machine type.But,Ricardo solved the issue by manufacturer tech support nicely.
