High quality and professional work at a competitive price. Great craftsmanship by Sean, Tommy, James, Scott, and Mark on building out a garage roof and re-roofing. Definitely will use the Tom Yancey Company again for roofing and future window replacement.

Very pleased with the work performed on our house. Tom Yancey Company did an amazing job in a short timeframe. Adrien kept us up on the work as the job progressed. Very happy with our new roof and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Old Man to anyone!

We got a few estimates prior to deciding to go with Tom Yancey, and although their price was not the absolute lowest, it was reasonable, especially considering what they included in the bid. He was very upfront about the potential for additional costs if problems arose (a few did arise but were dealt with very quickly and professionally). He also made it clear that the work is done by his employees, not subcontractors.Speaking of employees, we also had good experiences with Marlo in the office who kept us apprised of timelines and any issues.
